herbal fragrance
I am trying to make a homemade herbal fragrance to wear. But I am not sure where to begin. If anyone have an idea, please respond to this post. I want to make something unique for me, like a spring soft sent.

unit 10
In unit 3 I scored myself in physical well-being as 5, spiritual well-being as 7, and psych as 4. When I score myself now the physical well-being remains the same, the spiritual well-being remains the same, but the psychological aspect has changed. It is now a 7. I improved that slightly, because I have practiced more with calming my mind down, so that I do not miss the thoughts needing attention. I have focused more on mental wellness. It is the most strained, then I can slowly work the others in. The only goal that I have made progress with is the psychological aspect. I focused on a younger picture of myself. Just staring at it until my mind goes blank and i remember the things that I am suppose to accomplish. Junior High was a time I began to show my excellence. Throughout this course I have gained the knowledge to use my mind to heal parts of my body. I have reduced my stress greatly with something as simple as focusing on an object to redirect my mind. It is rewarding to know that I have gained the knowledge to send me forth to improvement. As soon I get the hang of this I can help others do the same thing.

unit 9
I have learned in this course that it is important for a
professional to develop psychologically.
It helps you to handle problems emotionally, as well as, having a strong
mind to deal with all the issues. Developing spiritually holds the other 2
domains together, while making a peaceful atmosphere for yourself and clients.
Developing physically prevents illnesses with a healthy mind and strong spirit.
I need to develop more psychologically, because I have a tendency to be
interrupted by many thoughts brought on by multitasking on a constant basis. Some
tasks are left incomplete from lack of focusing and weeding out the unnecessary
thoughts.
It is difficult for me to assess spirituality without
putting the psychological aspect with it. To me, those two are very closely
linked and cannot survive without the other. You need the one for the other to
work. I feel that I have a strong spirit, but mentally, I am battling negative
thoughts that try to hurt my positive energy. This positive energy gives my
spirit the strength it needs. Physically I am tired, feet are sore, and so is
my right shoulder. When I massage my feet, I can feel blocked energy flow
through my body and produce a good feeling. I score my wellness spiritually as
an 8. Ten would be the greatest number. I chose this because I am always
praying. Physically I am a 6, because I do not work this area enough, needs
improvement. Psychologically I am maybe 5. My focus is here and there, except
fully on a task. Definitely needs more improvement.
Since, it is too cold for me to go for walks, as in
exercising the body and mind, which usually eases negative thoughts away and tense
muscles. I plan to find a nice treadmill that folds down and slides under the
bed. The goal for my psychological wellness is to sit and meditate off
loving-kindness energy, which gives me strength (Dacher,2006). I can use this
during times my thinking process has slowed down around 3 pm. The goal for my
spiritual wellness is to continue to pray for an opportunity to meditate. When
I need it the most is to complete a task.
Physical Strategy: Do 45 minutes of treadmill
walking/jogging while watching t.v. with family in the evening after dinner 3
days a week. I can also play Just Dance with my girls on the Wii 2 days out the
week.
Psychologically Strategy: I can meditate with
loving-kindness on weekends when I wake up or I can do visualization with
candles while sitting quiet and drinking my coffee alone to relax my mind.
Sometimes, coffee does relax me.
Unit 9
Spiritual Strategy: I can pray every night before bed to
sleep well. I can also light incense to smell the aroma and feel the energy in
the air.
I can assess my progress for the next 6 months by keeping a
reported chart of the activity and making a note about what worked the best. If I go to the store and find a nice colorful
board to write on, then I will be more likely to use it. Colors are motivators
for me. I see the energy in them and it gives me energy and creativity to do
the work. An organized chart of time and activities will help keep me on track
for the long-term practices.

unit 8
The first exercise is the loving-kindness. It was beneficial to me, by helping me to remember to show my compassionate side with understanding to others. It allowed me to feel my most inner sweetness. I can implement this in my personal mental fitness by practicing kindness to those needing it most. The other exercise is visualization. I can visualize on colors, because they have emotional energy. If I have to focus on ridding myself of anger, I may use dark blue. I will imagine the dark blue becoming a lighter warmer hue one shade at a time, until the negative emotions disappear.

unit 7
I always have a problem trying to pick one person dead or alive to focus on. In the beginning I was fighting with deciding who the person could be. There was not one person one person I could focus on, without feeling unjust to another. So, I stared at the colors dancing in and out. I focused on an image that looks like a divine being in my mind (poseidon). His face reminds me of God. I only saw the image for a brief moment. I can see the colors as I suppose to see a person. But I most definitely need a lot of practice with this. I am not use to this type of focus.
The saying "One can not lead another where one has not gone himself..." I think that it means you have to experience a certain path of life to respect the life of others. As a professional, I can bring back enjoyment to the relationship with patients, using the awareness of integral practice. I think there is an obligation to my clients to develop my health spiritually, physically, and psychologically. It will give me a foundation to use and help others reach a potential. I can implement the subtle mind with the loving-kindness exercises on a regular basis to deal with stress.

unit6
The exercise took me to a quiet place. The more I read the short sentences the deeper my body felt in relaxation. all I could hear was myself saying the words and them repeating in my head. I used candles for this exercise. Lit candles help me relax and focus on the task. I discovered about myself, that the more relax I become, my mind relaxes. The more my mind relax the clearer my thoughts, until there aren't any. I eventually doze off to sleep, sitting up in the meditation position. It's not for long, but I feel refreshed from the 10 minute snooze. My area of focus for growth and development is the inner me. I can feel the spiritual me, but it keeps hiding inside, like it is shy. It has the urge to be known. I can get more candles, votives are my favorite and meditate more. The more I do it the more my body can get use to it. May be I will began to stay awake when I close my eyes.
